What you can ask for

How to make a request

- Your full name and the email you registered with.
- Whether you are the student or the parent or guardian.
- What you want us to do.
- For requests about a child, the parent's name and contact number so we can verify.
We may ask for proof that you are the account holder or the child's parent or guardian before we act.

If you are not satisfied
